Per-lab and per-case-type templates with sections owned by CAD/CAM, ceramist, or manager. Each section is signed off by the responsible role.
Quality Flags on the Case
When something is off, a flag is raised on the case with reason, evaluator, and status. Flags stay open until they are resolved.
Passed QC Moves the Case Forward
When QC clears, the case is handed off to invoicing automatically, with no second tool or separate step.
